What does RevShare 80/20 mean?
From every booking, 80% of revenue goes to you and 20% goes to SunShare Hospitality for full-service management. The commission is charged only on real revenue.
Why is this better than subleasing?
Subleasing gives fixed rent, often below market, and you lose seasonal upside. With RevShare you keep exposure to the full market potential.
Is cleaning included in the 20%?
Cleaning coordination is included in our commission. The actual cleaning cost is a transparent pass-through expense deducted from gross revenue before the split.
Can I use the property personally?
Yes. It is your property. Block the dates you need in the Owner Portal and guest bookings will be excluded for those dates.
Is there an onboarding fee?
No onboarding fee, no monthly fixed management fee. The only management fee is 20% of generated revenue.
How long is the contract?
The initial period is 6 months. After that, a rolling 30-day notice applies, subject to honoring existing bookings.
Do you work only in Kissimmee?
Our core area is Kissimmee, Davenport and nearby resort communities. We also review properties across Greater Orlando.
How and when are payouts made?
Monthly, by the 15th of the following month. ACH, Zelle or PayPal. Annual owner summary is provided for tax preparation.
